any reason i cant get level 82 zones?

is there something im missing here? i cant get a level 82 zone for the life of me.

The node on the tree specifically says
 You cant use a precursor to stack level with it. As a precursor is irradiating So the correct combo would be T16(80) + Area level +1(atlas cleanse 81) + tree node (82) With a powerful map boss Mash the clean

ive tried that specific node and it also doesnt seem to work, it all just stays at 81.

" Just go in the map. The irradiation tablet doesnt show up in the initial UI. Once you go in it applies its +1 seen here:  Mash the clean
