Glazed Flesh doesn't grant mana recoup

The description of Glazed Flesh notable passive skill says '3% of Damage Taken Recouped as Life, Mana and Energy Shield'. Mana is mentioned, however after allocating the keystone and taking a look at character sheet, mana recoup is not increased.
