Blood Hunt skills explosion doesn't deal damage

Using Rake to inflict bleed on enemies and then using Blood Hunt to consume said bleed removes it but doesn't do any explosion damage to the enemy you consumed the bleed from nor to any enemies surrounding it.

Noticed the problem on my low level Amazon immediately on acquiring said skill at around level 24. As it currently functions, Blood Hunt deals the damage from the initial hits basic damage and consumes bleeds for zero benefit. The skill is worse than a basic spear stab.

I've also noticed that this has been reported since September yet the problem persists, please fix.
