2 bugs

I have had 2 issues today. I cleared a tower(first tower on the character) and it did not activate. I try and click on it in the map device and nothing happens. I can’t open it to put the tablets in or even a waystone to re-run it.
Also I cleared a corrupted nexus and Doryani did not appear to give me my atlas points.
