Under the default DirectX 12, the game screen freezes and crashes intermittently.

My game setup is as follows: the video renderer is "DirectX 12", and all other settings are at their highest. The game freezes intermittently, sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes for more than ten minutes.

The system crash log contains the following brief information【win10】:
错误应用程序名称: PathOfExile.exe,版本: 0.0.0.0,时间戳: 0x69685a96
错误模块名称: KERNELBASE.dll,版本: 10.0.19041.2913,时间戳: 0xa1c3e870

The intermittent crashes have persisted for at least three seasons. Can you fix them?

I now only have two ways to solve this problem.
The first method involves changing the renderer from DirectX 12 to Vulcan, keeping everything else the same. The screen won't freeze, but it will become extremely laggy when there are many monsters or special effects.
The second method still uses DirectX 12, but with "dlss" and "reflex" enabled, the screen won't freeze.

Based on the information I provided above, I hope the developers can completely fix this bug.
If you need more detailed information, please let me know promptly; I'd be happy to help.
