Abyssal pits phase two won't trigger

I just completed a Bastille map. Not a single one of the Abyssal pits can be triggered to initiate phase two (i.r., 2nd phase mob rush, including any bosses). This is across all abyssal pits in the zone. Abandoning zone. Moving on...

Please fix.
