Unable to spawn minions on any character!

HELP - I tried to switch my pathfinder to using minions, but setting it up they would not spawn at all.

they take up spirit reservation, and it shows me having like 3 or whatever but nothing shows up in game at all. i've tried moving around gems, making sure i have the right requirements etc nothing works.

whats more crazy, logging into my second character and testing it there it also doesnt spawn them?! WHAT, i have no idea whats going on, think my account might be bugged, im so lost please help.
