Executing a boss then locked from progression

After defeating , as a Wyvern Druid with the Devour skill, I am locked from progression as interaction with the Hooded One isn't available. I am supposed to witness the Hooded One to , but nothing happens. Maybe this is unintended behaviour after executing a boss with Devour skill?
