Client Crash

Since yesterday, i've been having client crashes when trying to enter a new zone. The only fix appears to be creating a new instance.
The only time i cannot do this is when trying to enter the vaal temple.
I have tried switching between DX12 and Vulcan and that does nothing, ive also tried repair through steam and no result.

In my case its "deadlock detected" crash, The game has been unplayable for weeks!
