Disconnection Issues

I am experiencing a critical bug where I am disconnected every time I attempt to enter the Trial of Chaos. The instance remains open, but upon trying to re-enter, I am immediately disconnected again. This loop persists until the instance eventually closes after a period of time, at which point I lose my Inscribed Ultimatum with no way to recover it.
