Rate limiting

Been trying to link my console account to my PC, but every time I try to put in an email I get "Rate limiting active. You must wait 3600 seconds". I have been trying for 2 days now. Suggestion?

Are you using a shared IP address of any kind?
e.g. college or work WiFi, VPN, etc Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
