How do you even play this casualy

I got the architect to where i want it to be so i decided to finally build my temple. i had free time so i started spamming maps to get crystals, i played at around 8-12 hours per day for 3 days now and i just got a rate of rolling spymaster at an outstanding 1 per effing day!. what was it they said on the latest patch? they want to promote the importance of having room diversity? then could you effing stop giving me commander rooms i mean forget about the spymaster where the eff are the sac chambers? the thaumaturge? the synthlabs and the generators? shii do they want me to switch to no-lifer mode just to play a league mechanic.
i have a slight ocd so i wanna always complete all rooms but lately if i get a destablising medalion on the first few rooms i just close the temple and go next.
