I played PoE 2 a year ago and everything was great, but now that I want to play on the PS5, I had to buy Early Access again. So I had to buy it twice to be able to continue playing on the PS5. That means I had to buy Early Access twice, but now I see that all my tabs are gone from the PS5 to the new league. I paid money for it. I would like you to do something about it, or else I would like a refund for all my tabs.

Microtransactions purchased on Sony's platform cannot be used outside of it - and vice versa. If you would like to discuss the possibility of a refund, you will need to contact Support directly.
Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

Hi there, unfortunately, any purchases made on PlayStation platforms cannot be used on other platforms, and purchases made on other platforms cannot be used on PlayStation platforms. Note that these purchases can still be on the same sub-account, but the microtransactions will be marked as unavailable when viewing them in your stash.
