map device search

i'm pretty sure someone already asked that, but it is kinda hard to navigate maps when you already got many completed towers and it is now a huge area on world map
16 marks is NOT ENOUGH, and doesnt solve the problem, but what will do that is a search feature, to be able just type what map we are looking for by name or by keyword, for example i like "wetlands" maps for some mechanics , and will be nice to highlight them and have a list to click on each one and go to that location. ofc it is for explored areas only.
but for now ... you need spend all your life to find map you want.
ofc you could just complete the tower and run whole area , but for different farming strategies you need different maps, so it is not a thing.
so instead of ruining your game , ggg, you better add QoL things for players.
i hope you will recover your reputation in next league. (the easiest thing you can do for that is CLASSES BALANCE , NO META BUILDS, NO BOSS ONESHJOTS etc, and adding this QoL things as you did for temple map for completed rooms)

- a search feature, either manually typed or with preset words like in the skill tree would be a good start

- allow the map to stay on the last node you had open before closing, annoying to have to find where you were again and I don't always remember/have space to set a bookmark before leaving (this is especially important when you get the "only party lead can start a map" message as it kicks you out to the main screen and you lose your spot on the atlas - very tedious)

Endgame map needs more zoom out, maybe even a simplified zoom out version to see the overall picture.

yep, minimap is a musthave thing for any huge areas in games
it should be added with search feature as well , not just 1 thing, both are needed

I completely agree. Since the beginning of POE 2 I've been thinking about this and how annoying it is to look for maps when the atlas is very open.

agree, must have
we can always reopen atlas to see where we are now, but not where we moved atlas map to find something
