Cast on crit bug!!!! Help!!!

My lvl 21/20 % qual 5 soc Cast on Crit stopped working for no apparent reqson. I have a lvl 19 that stilp works, all reqirements meet. Could ypu please ggg look into this? Its annoying as hell. I dpnt want to spend divines on another lvl 20 spirit gem if i have one that should be already working!!!

CoC lvl 20+1 corrupted stop working only in weapon set 1 (missing socketed skill)

In weapon set 2 works fine

I have disabled all spirit gem in both weapons set
set 1 216 spirit (54 armor, 62 amulet, 100 campaign)
set 2 251 spirit (54 armor, 62 amulet, 35 staff, 100 campaign)

in set 1 if I put archmage 20+1 corrupted works fine
in set 1 if I put a normal CoC works fine

same issue happened about 7/8 month ago

I have the same issue on my CoC today too. I also have the issue that if I refund some passive skill points and it will missing out some of my weapon passive skills. I had to refund all the points on passive tree and i got back my 24 weapon passive skills.
We have 2 bugs :

1. CoC weapon 1 & 2 can not active both.
2. Passive tree points (24 weapon points) will disappear when you mixing your tree with refund some points and put some new refunded points back on the tree. This bug happened since patch 0.2

I also just found this bug I have today, was working fine yesterday but now my cast on critical says I'm missing a socketed skill when I clearly have comet still socketed in it, it seems to only be bugged when trying to use it on Set 1, on set two no matter if it's a wand or a staff it's still operational. I have enough spirit in both sets.

Edit: I also can verify that it seems it's relative to cast on criticals made prior to a certain point, as new ones seem to function correctly since I made one just now and it works

Wanted to bump this again, because the same day I made a brand new Cast on critical gem and it worked in place of the one that no longer worked, but now 24 hours later the brand new one I made no longer works either, and I pulled the old one out of my stash and it also still does not work with a level 19 comet skill under the same exact circumstances.

Edit: After tinkering with it a bit more I managed to figure out a solution to the problem, whatever may have happened while I was logged out my set must've changed the comet to only work with set two while leaving CoC still on with both sets, after re-enabling the comet in CoC to work with both sets it is now functioning, hope this helps anyone else.
