Inc Mag of Ailments per life affix on Rathpith not working for bleed, Deep Cuts 2 broken

The Rathpith focus has a new cultivation affix that can be placed on the item this league:
"Non-Channelling Spells have 3% increased Magnitude of Ailments per 100 maximum Life"

This appeared to not be working in-game for bleed, so to test the tooltip information I acquired a Rathpith Globe with any damage/crit scaling from life or mana removed via cultivation and with only the ailment magnitude per life affix for damage scaling.

The below was obtained on a Blood Mage character without the Blood Barbs ascendancy notable taken, although with Blood Barbs the result was the same.

The character has 5.1k life with the Rathpith equipped, should be 153% increased magnitude of ailments. This was the only source of ailment scaling on the character.



As can be seen in this screenshot for the in-game stats of Bone Cage with Bleed 3 support socketed for 100% bleed chance, the dps ranges for ignite and bleed without the Rathpith equipped are:
- Ignite: 42.77 to 64.02
- Bleed: 151.8 to 227.55



With the Rathpith equipped:
- Ignite dps is 97.32 - 145.67, about 2.27x higher
- Bleed dps is 151.8 - 227.55, the same



This seemed reflective of testing in-game. The bleed dps should have been noticeably higher with the rathpith equipped but did not appear to change.

I also note that the ignite dps rises by 2.27x and not the expected 2.53x, although I am unsure if the Spark tooltip values are doing any other calculations behind the scenes that could result in this being a valid estimation.

Additionally, the Deep Cuts 2 support gem is not correctly applying the 100% more magnitude of bleeding. The tooltip bleed dps drops compared to the previous figures to just 106.2 - 159.3.



This also seemed reflective of in-game testing, with bleed dps seeming to be lower with Deep Cuts 2 equipped.

The Concoct family of support gems work by consuming life flask charges in exchange for more bleed magnitude.

If the player has the Waistgate unique item equipped to use two life flasks, both flasks have charges removed when a Concoct supported skill is used, but the damage bonus is the same as if only one flask had the charges removed.

This video demonstrates it on a Bone Cage setup. I'm using Blood Mage's Blood Barbs and a curse to ensure the target's bleeds are aggravated throughout, regardless of their movement. The Bone Cage has Controlled Destruction support and Bleed 3 enabled to control for crit and ensure the target is bled, along with Concoct 2.

The first bleed is with two flasks and does identical damage to the second bleed after I remove a flask.
For the final bleed there are no flask charges and the bleed correspondingly does much lower damage.

I would expect that either only one flask should have its charges removed, or that the bleed magnitude should be amplified in accordance with the full charges removed (the latter seems more reasonable as a compromise for wearing an otherwise useless belt in a slot that can run extremely powerful items like Headhunter).

A note on this following additional testing, Deep Cuts supports currently seem to work for attacks but not spells, regardless of class/ascendancy choice etc.
One more possible spell-bleed related issue. Elemental Archon is preventing a Blood Barbs Blood Mage from applying bleeds from dealing elemental damage.

The Archon text says:
"Cannot deal Non-Elemental Damage with Spells"

My understanding of damage dealt and taken in PoE2 is that Ele Archon should *not* preclude an elemental-based character with Blood Barbs from provoking bleed damage. We are still *dealing* elemental damage which I'd expect Archon to boost, but the target is *taking* physical damage. At no point does my character ever rely on dealing physical damage so I should be able to use Ele Archon to boost my bleed dps.

I use flame wall with Arbiter's Ignition to enter Ele Archon, then shoot Frost Darts socketed with Bleed 3 at the target triggering mana flare. This ignites the target as expected, but does not bleed the target, nor on the subsequent two attempts.

When I exit the Ele Archon state I repeat this and get my bleed that rapidly finishes the target off.
