Missing socketed skill

Socketed skills in cast on critical and cast on elemental ailment does not work for a certain weapon set.

Had this happen one time and have to switch the wand to WS2 and it worked fine. Now it happened again but with the other spell so now COC works with WS1 and COEA works with WS2 so I cant make the switch again.

It doesn't recognize the commet and arc gems in each spirit gem and if I swap WS then it says not enough spirit instead so if I just turn of other spirit gems then I can activate it again but only for one of the WSs.

Have the same stuff

same... 🙃
I am losing my patience with the devs lately...
