Microtransaction shop missing?

Anyone else having an issue on PC with the microtransaction shop only showing packs and coins? I restarted my game thinking it was a load issue, and this is now the second day where all of the items are empty.

This has happened to me occasionally since 0.4.0c (I think). Restarting game doesn't help. It just works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.
Closed Beta/Alpha Tester back after a 10-year hiatus.
