Grinding gears loading screen freeze

If you play it for a bit, it will get the grinding gears loading screen and freeze. This could happen when you are actually in combat or even if you were checking out things in the town. It does not matter. The game freezes and has the grinding gears loading animation. Then it brings you back after some time. Please fix this.
