Bug report , Staggering Palm

One month playing with a broken skill.
WOW I guess I need to become a streamer to be heard.
Staggering Palm stops shooting projectiles if you have shapeshifter, then the skill gem is bugged and stops shooting projectiles till reset or add remove gem.
I know no streamers play weapon swap so I’m guessing this is why it hasn’t been fixed yet, but one month like this is insane.
