What is this league, I've never seen something as scuffed in poe XD
Sequence to produce: - Open temple, don't enter it - Realize that you're low on wisdom scrolls and that it drops a ton of bases that you have to ID (or go back to ID-vendor and gain 300 gold total). - Use WP to get to town - Try to return to the non-existent instance ID-scroll rant:

You gotta question why we ID items in the first place (the technical reason you give is WEAK) when it results in such crap. You also gotta ask yourself why it's a consumable. Just archaic relics I guess. I saw a new player being confused by what he should spend ID scrolls on early on, because he had no idea of their rarity. Ofc the answer was "It stops being relevant 30 minutes into the game" which is always a great conclusion.
