glorious anticipation bug

i believe there are some posts about this, it did not seem to get any actual responses so i am just gonna try to reiterate.

glorious anticipation, when you have this notable your glory skills will keep getting disabled and enabled forever even if you don't use the glory skill creating a very awkward and annoying situation where you would see your glory skill ready, and then you'd try to use it but it gets disabled the moment you push the key. foricng you to spam the key until it gets enabled so that it does not get disabled again.

i think someone mentioned it before in a post saying "glory keeps jumping between 99% and 100% with this notable"


off topic:

the melee side has so many issues and it's getting zero attention since 0.1, and i get that you guys are maybe trying to work on the other side or something first ? but either way we it is not very enocuraging that the left side of the tree is gonna get less time being fixed/tested than the rest of the tree at this rate.

melee life already sucks in all games always lol it should be the thign that gets more attention rather than less.
