sacrificial chamber poe 2

I've been stuck in my temple for over 100 times trying to get a sacrifice chamber, but it's not appearing. I'm almost certain it's a bug because I remember sacrificing the sacrifice chamber itself at the beginning of my construction, and I haven't seen it since. I believe my temple still considers that I have a sacrifice chamber. I've also seen several other people with the same problem. I doubt it's just bad luck with the chamber RNG, as I've already tried over 100 times looking for it. Please fix it.
