Missing coins since the wild hunt...

Hello. I'd like to emphasize that I've been very patient, but the lack of any response from support is discouraging me from playing and trying to fix the problem. When Wild Hunt was released, I purchased two packs with coins through the PS Store, but one never showed up in my account. After several replies from the support team, I was completely ignored. No reaction or response. Tried again month ago with the same result. This is absurd. How many times do I have to write the same request?
