Temple Medallions and Workbenches Not Interactable

Couldn't click on Medallion after defeating Imitation Triumph. It shows on the minimap and made its drop sound, but cannot be clicked. After completing the temple, it teleported to the current room and made the drop sound again, but still could not be clicked. I toggled off and on my filter from the options menu and it made no difference.

The final room was a Hall of Offerings (II), and the Lever could be pulled but would not do anything.

All benches appear on minimap, but do not show as interactable once the room is completed.

Surgeon's Symphonys each could also not be interacted with once their rooms were completed.

Possible Causes and pretext:
I had a temple portal open after 6th crystal in Pools of Katal. Entered the Portal, placed rooms and Clicked Run Temple, then left to purchase an item via the trade site's Travel to Hideout command. Made the purchase, clicked leave hideout, was teleported to own hideout. Used the waypoint to travel back to Vaal temple, found it was closed (I was apparently in another instance).

Waypoint traveled back to The Khari Bazaar, then to Pools of Khatal, then Checkpoint back to the Vaal Ruins portal which was still open. Entered back into the correct Vaal Temple instance, and was able to enter the activated temple, albeit with the bugs encountered above.
