Missing Ascendancy Points

I'm not entirely sure what's going on with my ascendancy trial, but for some reason, my character isn't being ejected from Trial of Sekhemas when running out of honor.

It stopped working after I had a double-edged win against the second trial bosses where I defeated them, then dying immediately after from an ice circle on the ground. I'm not sure if this is a bug, and if so, I'm not sure if anyone else has said anything about it, but it's kind of annoying to have to log out just to exit after losing.

Also, I think I was shorted 2 ascendancy points. From everything I see, it says that completing the second floor of the trial was supposed to give me my 3rd and 4th points, which I didn't receive upon defeating them. I don't know if this is also part of the bug, but if I am actually missing points, that's more irritating than logging to reset the trial.

Activating the altar in reward room after the second floor gives points.

I died the first time I beat the challenge, so I bugged out and my character just stayed on the ground like he was dead, so I couldn't activate it. The second time I beat it, I clicked the ascendancy alter, but it just says that I the skills in the ascendancy tree are unallocated, but I don't have any points to allocate them with.

If that's the case, it's definitely bugged, and I absolutely refuse to make a new character just to have one with those points.

No. They didn't give me any points for it.

The only points I had gained up to that point were the two from the first trial and the two points from the first chaos trial. I didn't get the 5th and 6th points from the twins.

Not entirely sure why there's suddenly hostility.

I misspoke about which points I was talking about, which I apologize. I never had to do two floors of the trial of Sekhemas before because the second set of points can usually be gathered from the trial of chaos shortly after, completely bypassing the second floor challenge from being the next necessity.

Whatever the case may be, the other point was about failing the trial and not being ejected from it, requiring me to log off, then back on again to reset my character, which is most assuredly a bug.
