Major ring bug

I have a prismatic ring with 8% all ele resist, 13-21 phys dmg asttacks, 279 accuracy, 31% fire resist 79 max life, 31 str, 32 dex. My light resist is 80% but when removing this ring it drops by 24% to 56% not 8%. What is going on with this?

Is losing those two attribute points causing other gear to deactivate became of the lack of points?
