Atziri glitches out on Thorns build 100% of the time

I am currently playing a Thorns Shaman build, and every single time I have gotten to Atziri in the temple, she "dies", and it triggers the dialogue but then I am trapped in the boss room, and she stands there glitched out with 1/20 of her health, doesn't die to pochiti, pochiti just sways back and forth doing nothing, she doesn't drop her medallion, and you can't portal out of the room. So, every single time that I have gotten to Atziri, she glitches out and then I have to have my temple reset with 0 rewards because I have to log out and then make myself spawn in town/hideout.

The skills I am using are scavenged plating, rake, rapid assault, spear stab, and thunderous leap. I have the thorns support gems on every ability that I can have it on. I don't know if it is from her killing herself on my thorns of from my smacking her with Thorns 2 and Quill Burst on rapid assault that is glitching her out, but 100% of the times I have fought her with thorns, this has happened and I'm incredibly frustrated from wasting all this time pathing to her just for it to be reset with 0 rewards. Makes me not even want to play the game when bugs like this keeps happening even a year after the game has been out.
