Doriani (Royal Thematic) soft-lock if player dies during boss death animation (PS5)

Platform: PS5
Area: Stone Fortress
Boss: Doriani – Royal Thematic

Description:
I encountered a reproducible soft-lock during the Doriani fight.

If Doriani is killed, but the player dies before his death animation finishes (in my case due to poison / DoT), the fight state becomes corrupted.

When re-entering the arena:
• The boss respawns as if the fight restarted
• The machine in the center is already destroyed and its corpse remains in the arena
• During phase 2, Doriani jumps onto the destroyed machine’s corpse
• He becomes stuck in mid-air, does not move or attack
• His life bar becomes impossible to reduce

At this point, the fight cannot be completed and the instance is permanently soft-locked.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Fight Doriani normally
2. Kill him while having active poison or other damage-over-time
3. Die before his death animation completes
4. Re-enter the arena

Expected result:
The fight should properly reset or complete, with all phase-related objects correctly reinitialized.

Actual result:
Boss AI and phase scripting break, making the encounter impossible to finish.

Workaround:
Leaving the zone and fully resetting the instance fixes the issue, but the current instance is lost.
