Workbenches and Medallions Inaccessible in Vaal Temple After Leaving and Rejoining

After teleporting while in the Vaal Temple, I was brought to another Vaal temple instance where the temple door was closed and I couldn't rejoin. I then teleported back to the area I was originally in where the protal to the Vaal temple was opened and was able to go back into my original Vaal temple. However, after reentering, while I was able to clear the rest of the temple, none of the workbenches or medallions that dropped were able to be interacted with. They don't show up in the main game world but do show up on the mini map.
