Sudden freeze, max shaders approx. 15 sec then game is back again.

Hi! Is anyone experiencing sudden freezes and then seeing in the F1-menu with all the stats that shaders are max and it takes like 15 seconds to get the game "back"?

Almost everyone I talk to are experiencing this. And if they use overwolf for like poe2db the game exits to windows.

My specs are 32gb 6000 ram, 9800x3d, taichi expensive something and the 5090 nvidia with latest drivers. All drivers are having this issue through multiple leagues.

This is happening so often that I think I might call it a season and wait for the next, hoping for a fix.

Just to add. This is happening everywhere in the game. In maps, abysses, breaches, hideouts, browsing the end game map etc..
