Help and Information - Account Cross Progression Link Issue. - Forum

Ending up buying POE2 on PS5. Can't link accounts and every time I attempt to do so I get "Rate limiting active. You must wait 3600 seconds." Now I have purchased POE2 on PS5. With no means to link accounts nor able to refund my purchase on the playstation store. No idea where to go to directly contact support other than creating a thread. Are you in any way using a shared IP address (e.g. VPN; college or work WiFi, etc) ?
