Health Flasks & Boss Fights - Old vs New

In POE 1 there were 3 slots for health flasks. It was also much easier to to get a health flask with very high hit point regeneration. In POE 2 it is very difficult to find a health flask with the capability of keeping up with the damage a Boss can do in a single blow. Okay, it's impossible. I just keep dying over and over because the health flasks currently available can't keep up. I get it that many people like the challenge but many of us also really hate having to play the same sections of the game over and over just to level up to get stronger or hope to find a better health flask (which doesn't seem to be currently available). Not everyone has the time or ability to devote to fully comprehending all the mathematics of a build or the lightning fast reflexes you need to avoid multiple killing blows. I also shouldn't have to start the game over with a new character just because I somehow missed something crucial in building my character. If I change the stats how do I know which stats to change (rhetorical question)? I just want to play and enjoy the game. In POE 1 if you died in a Boss fight the Boss would retain the damage you already inflicted. Now they come back at full Hit Points. It's discouraging that it's as hard as it is to win the fight with a Boss. You can't move on to the rest of the game until the Boss is dead. Stalemate. So take a serious look at the differences between POE 1 & 2 and give us something in between. Please!
