Energised Crystals bug

hello there, idk whether this is a bug or an issue with my account or what idk, i had a pathfinder with 60/60 crystals in temple and 6/6 medallions, i deleted the character and made a new witch, after i finished the campaign, i hit the temple and my crystals instead of being 0/6 or 0/60, all my chars are now 0/36 and i can't get more capacity for some reason? idk I tried killing the architect alot on my mage like I'm now level 93 and I still don't get any crystal capacity, so now I'm afraid of trying it on another character out of fear of losing currency on gearing the character and I'm questioning just quitting the league because of this. help would be appreciated.
