Titan – Whirlwind Assault causes frequent crashes when used in party

When playing Titan in a party, using Whirlwind Assault frequently causes the game to crash to desktop.
This issue does not occur (or occurs extremely rarely) when playing solo.

The crashes usually happen during combat when multiple party members and enemies are present on screen.

Please investigate this skill in multiplayer context, as Titan becomes nearly unplayable in party due to constant crashes.
