I don't understand GGG's policy

Good morning. I don't understand GGG's policy. Why can't they reset the league and start over if the economy collapses? That's what Early Access is all about—testing, testing, and experimenting. All that currency is worthless in the future anyway. After all, GGG saw that divine orbs could literally be duplicated in the temple, they should have reset everything and started over.

You didn't see what happened when they nerfed the temple.

Thing is, by that point everybody who didn't like the league was already gone, the only players who were left were the people who abused the mechanic, those who tried to abuse it and some SSF guys. If they reset the economy now they'd get similar massive bad press by the same subset of players while those who already left would just shrug because they don't like the league mechanic anyway.
Because the majority of players didnt abuse the mechanic, they're playing normaly and they would go mad if you reset everything, myself included.

That would be a crazy decision from GGG to penalise everybody for that.

Tbh if they just reset every temple that should have been fine.
