hide bad map layouts on atlas tree
|
GGG, please give us the option to customize map types (layouts or whatever you wanna call it) on the atlas tree.
-You could have a drop down* menu specifically added for this on the atlas tree -All map types listed -Check/Uncheck maps to hide on atlas tree -In case a 'hide map' option would be too difficult to code, a different color system would do as well, for example -> 'color all the unwanted maps red', that would be an obvious visualization for the player to not have to hover over all maps all the time, that he certainly not gonna play anyways.... -further improve it by removing towers completely (or let them stay but...) make it so the 'grand project' unique tablet can be applied to any map and not just towers... this would automaticly solve the possible issue that could come with hiding certain maps a player doesn't wanna engage with, which connect to other maps -the change with the grand project mentioned above, would also allow to engage deterministic content farming like citadels, or certain unique maps if you so wish to, because it would be a way easier access like that -if you don't like to have the grand project be applied to every single map, then maybe create a unique map specifically for this, and have it appear more frequently than the towers right now - this unique map could have a specific boss only to this map and it would have a guaranteed drop of a grand project tablet Edit: I make this suggestion because often I can't remember a certain type of layout that I don't wanna play and I will open the map cause I'm unsure The map could either have a boss that I don't wanna deal with or the map layout due to narrow paths and what not is just not my cup of tea... I think this could be a drastic quality of life improvement for pretty much every player Druid and new season hype - December 12th, 2025! Thanks GGG for putting in the work! I'm sure you'll figure stuff out as you go and keep going. Last edited by HeavenlySent#1569 on Jan 17, 2026, 8:26:05 AM Last bumped on Jan 21, 2026, 12:51:02 PM
