Required Room Count calculation for Architect/Royal Chamber is too simplistic and incorrect

I've been doing Atziri rushing on a character and discovered that the code that calculates the number of required rooms needed to unlock the room for the Architect and/or Royal Chamber is too simplistic and doesn't take into account the state of the temple. It will count long chains of restricted rooms that start on the opposite side of the Architect/Royal Chamber and are entirely unreachable to the player, which makes it impossible to run them.

The count should only take into consideration rooms that are actually reachable BEFORE the Architect and Royal Chamber rooms are unlocked.

I just had a situation where I completed every reachable room in a run and was at only 6/11 on the count for unlocking Architect/Royal Chamber. Basically, there was nothing I could do but leave and close the temple.

I am 99% sure that this is not intentional and is just a matter of poor programming.

The only way for me to solve this is to connect to one of those long chains from a different position in a subsequent run and destroy them in order to be able to reach the required room count, but I specifically didn't want to do that, because I am just Atziri rushing and was using the restricted rooms to block possible spawn locations.
