Duelling wands block the use of all minion skills

---IF--- you have not slotted the spellslinger skill with any spell skill.
If there is no skill slotted into spellslinger (such as fireball or whatever) that skill will become inactive but at the same time, the game will block you from all minion summoning skills by saying "you do not have enough spirit" even when you clearly do.
