Rite of Passage charms are way too rare

It's kind of ridiculous that even the least desirable Rite of Passage charms, the ones that only went for like 15 div in 0.3, are currently selling for 300 div. This item is basically unobtainable for almost everyone. Why make it so rare?

charms are probably getting reworked before or after release. i wouldnt worry about it
