Poisonburst arrow not applying posion

Since today the burst of poisonburst arrow is not poisoning enemies anymore when I play. It is also not affecting toxic growth or herald of plague, since its doing no poison damage. It worked absolutely fine until now (lvl 89). Is there any known issue? Could not find anything in bug reports, patch notes are other forum posts.

No, only took out some smaller passive nodes with increased physical attack damage and increased magnitude of ailments to reach spectral ward.
Support gems are (unchanged) rapid attacks, prolonged duration, escalating poison, chaos mastery and brutality. |

Brutality - Supported Skills deal no Chaos Damage - poison is chaos damage.
