Uhtred supports bug; patch 0.4.0D

Since the 0.4.0D patch, my Uhtred support does not work in my meta skills at all. Tad frustrating, worked prior to the patch is no issues and as advertised. Now, no matter how I set it up, it does not work.

What's being done about this? I'm sure this is not intended and it would suck to play the rest of the league with items ceasing to function due to coding.
