Medallions not dropping, and if they do they aren't the ones that match the room

As the title says, not sure if it was the current hotfix or the one that came before. But rooms are not dropping the medallions that the specify. Locks almost dont drop at all, level 3 rooms are dropping room upgrade medallions (wich never happened before) There was nothing in any patch notes about this. What's going on?
