Some persistent skills have just stopped working on my character.

I was trying out different persistent skills

Here's the list:
- Cast on Critical
- Cast on Elemental Ailment
- Cast on Minion Death
- Wolf Pack
- Mana Remnants

These skills just stopped working. They can't be activated even if previously I have no problems with them.

I cut spirit gems of the same skills but still not working.

I tried equipping them to an alt character (same account) and it worked. All of them. At the same time. On the same weapon skill slot.

What is happening? This is build-bricking for sure.

Hello, I suddenly encountered the exact same issue.

I figured it out. For some reason, one of my skills was assigned to the second (empty) slot with weapons. I hope this helps someone.

my cast on crit broke randomly during a map. it worked on 1 of the 2 copied weapon sets. stats and spirit was not an issue. the skill was activated in both sets. there was a skill socketed into the persistent ability.

the only difference between the two sets from what i can tell was teh skilkl tree. but there was nothing that should cause an issue. just more int which was above 350 on both sets.

the way i managed to "fix" this was get a new gem. i even got same level, quality and corruption to see if i overlooked something. all it needed was a new gem. both were 20+1 20%

seems that specific gem just stopped working :shrug:

edit: the new gem also just stoped working. no clue i guess new build time
