Please add Loadouts

Experimenting with new builds is extremely painful right now, especially if you end up unhappy with the result and have to roll back. Also, having specialized builds for specific types of content would be very useful.

My idea is that you have a few Loadouts (maybe 2 per char, and you can buy more on MTX?) And then you can quickly swap between them at will. No respec penalty, no BS.

EDIT. This would be more or less what POE1 has for the atlas passive skill tree, but for the whole character, items, passives, jewels, bindings, everything

that code to undo everything with the trees and make sure you have enough money to respect is probably too complex to do. The probably want you to just start a new character.
