Suddenly freezed during mapping

Was doing citadel.
a divine dropped, ready to pick it up. Found unable to do anything. Can't move, can't use skill, can't portal , can't sprint. but still have animation.
Monsters come over and finished me.
fail citadel in 3 roll

i really hate citadel this league.
Level 98 now ,still can't do 6 map modes citadels, always be one-shoted.
