Ancestral Cry disappears on using Oil Barrage

I'm using Ancestral Cry socketed into Ferocious Roar and upon using Oil Barrage (because it's a non slam/melee skill I assume), the buff is removed entirely, which can be 20+ seconds of buff lost.

I don't imagine this is intended.

Upon further investigation, it's because of the weapon swap set that Oil Barrage is in. Still a bug, but a different reason.

Swapping weapon sets removes Ancestral Cry buff.
