Crafting feels bad

I get that GGG don't want you to walk into mirror-tier gear but the amount of ccurrency needed to "craft" is absurd. 2 or 3 omens of whitling? Or 150+? You need this amount as your item will be locked and you're going to have to walk back a few steps and start again. I get essences were a way to tack on some tier-2 stuff but it's not enough. Make it easier for people to "complete" a craft with lots of tier 2s. I really don't care about an extra 0.4 crit but if my bow can't get any crit at all then it's a useless bow.
