[Bug?] Lost points

Hi Exiles,

I have some insights into the Fade of Vaal league...

I don't know if I should post here or if anyone from GGG is reading this, but I'll try.

- When entering Kingsmarch town at the start of Act 4, you have to talk to NPC Alva, who will give you a skill point reward and then leave the town over the bridge.

- If you click outside the conversation window in this dialogue, it will close, you won't get the skill point and Alva will leave and you can't click on her again to collect your reward.

(where did she go? :D I want my reward)

- After completing the Trial of the Sekhemas (Area Level 60+) at the Altar of Ascendancy to select their Ascendancy class, when I accidentally close the dialog for selecting ascendancy points to allocate (click outside the dialog). Then the door to the next trial will open, but the points are not available. There is no way to reopen the dialog.

- If you choose the wrong reward in Halls of the Dead: Trial of Ngkanu (quest), is there no way to change your choice of Tattoos?

- And how do I complete the Roving Wisps quest?

Is there any solution to my problems in the game now?

I managed to drop a few keys that were defined to grant me additional ascendency points, but...

Okay, so I have a really serious problem that is preventing me from progressing. I tried to retry Trial of the Sekhemas several times, but the Altar of Ascendancy no longer appears there, so I can't allocate my other points.
