Game starts in the wrong resolution (Windowed Fullscreen)

Since a few days, a lot of time when I start the game it only covers about two thirds of the screen vertically. After investigating, the resolution sets itself to 3440x1200. My real screen resolution is 3440x1440. To fix it I usually set it to Windowed and then back to Windowed Fullscreen.
Using:
Vulkan
AMD Radeon RX7900 XT
Adaptive VSYNC
Dynamic Resolution
FSR (Max Image Quality)
And then a bunch of settings that I assume don't matter.

Would be nice to be able to start the game and not have to do this little configuration more often than not.
